This is a list of the most common questions we're asked and our answers:

Q. How long does it take to get my photograph?
A. Photographs are generally ready within an hour of being taken.

Q. Do I need to book?
A. At weekends we experience a heavy demand, so on Saturdays and Sundays booking is advisable - but why not come Monday to Friday instead - if you print off our special offer voucher you can also receive a 10% discount.

Q. I can't make it to your studio during the week because I work, do you ever open on an evening?
A. Yes we now open late on Thursday evenings - this is by appointment only. Please get in touch with us to book via our Contact page

Q. Do the costumes fit over my clothing?
A. All our outfits slip over what you are wearing and tie up at the back.

Q. I want a Fairy photo of my daughter but can't attend the studio, can I send you a photo?
A. You can send photographs either by email or via the post and we will do the rest. Please note that the subject needs to be photographed in a similar pose to the examples on our Gallery page. Photographs by post cost the same price as a normal sitting and please note that we can only produce images of the same quality as the ones that you send. We offer Ghost and Fairy photographs by post plus restoration services. Please Contact us if you require other services and we'll do our best to cater to your needs.

Q. How many people can you fit in one photograph?
A. We have a number of costumes to fit both adults and children but there is a limit. If you're a large group of mixed gender adults then we can fit upto nine in Medieval costume and eight in Victorian.

Q. Do you have costumes to fit large sizes?
A. Because our costumes are made especially with mixed sizes in mind and tie up at the back they fit all sizes.

Q. Can I order reprints via email?
A. Yes, all we need is your name, photograph reference number, phone number, address and your credit card details. We usually send photograph reprints out the same working day.
